Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage office attendance, punctuality, and leaves.
• Help implement company policies and procedures.
• Assist in planning team-building activities and internal events.
• Be present at the office during working days to support team coordination and staff needs.

Requirements:

• Passionate about Human Resources and people operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable working from the office full-time.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

• Monday to Friday

• Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
