Human Resource Intern

Position: HR Intern / HR Trainee

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition and HR Operations functions.

Key Responsibilities-

Talent Acquisition Support

• Conducting candidate screening and initial HR round.
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with the TA team and hiring managers.
• Calling candidates, sharing meeting links, and ensuring attendance.
• Handling follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintaining candidate database and tracking interview status.

HR Operations Support

• Assisting in onboarding and documentation processes.
• Helping in maintaining HR MIS, trackers, and internal reports.
• Supporting daily HR processes and employee queries.
• Ensuring proper follow-up and closure of assigned HR tasks.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets & HR processes.
• Ability to multitask, learn fast, and manage timelines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic HR environment.
