Role: Founders Office – Content and Community Lead

Location: Hyderabad (On-ground | Non-negotiable)

This is not a typical content job.

This role sits right next to the founders and owns how the brand sounds, feels, and shows up in the real world — especially across customer events, launches, pop-ups, tastings, college fests, retail activations, and community meetups across Hyderabad.

What you will own:

Content Creation (Core Focus)

• Create high-impact content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, reels, stories, and event recaps.
• Capture raw, real, unfiltered moments from founder days, customer interactions, launches, and behind-the-scenes.
• Write sharp captions, hooks, scripts, and on-ground storytelling that feels human, confident, and non-corporate.
• Turn everyday chaos into content people feel something about.

Customer Events and Community (Hyderabad First)

• Lead all customer-facing events across Hyderabad.
• Plan and execute:
• Pop-ups
• Sampling events
• College and corporate activations
• Fitness, wellness, and creator meetups
• Be the face and voice of the brand on-ground.
• Ensure every event feels energetic, thoughtful, and memorable — not boring or sales driven.

Founders Office Exposure

• Work directly with founders on:
• Brand narrative
• Campaign ideas
• Product launches
• Community growth
• Move fast, experiment, iterate — no long approval chains.
• Be trusted with real ownership, not assist work.

• Be high-energy, proactive, and confident.
• Be comfortable talking to strangers, customers, creators, and partners.
• Have a strong instinct for what works on social without copying trends blindly.
• Enjoy being on-ground more than sitting behind a desk.
• Be okay with chaos, last-minute plans, and fast execution.
• Think like a creator and operator, not just a content scheduler.

This role is for someone who:

Sees an event and already knows how it will look on Instagram.
