About the Founder

Priya Prakash is a healthcare entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of HealthSetGo. She has been recognized as Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia & India - Healthcare & Sciences, and has been the recipient of the Global Citizen Prize, Cartier Women's Initiative Awards, and Unilever Young Entrepreneur Award. Priya is the Founding Curator of the Gurgaon Hub of the World Economic Forum, Advisory Council Member, Orygen Global, and a Member of the Future Generations Commission on Health and Climate Change . Additionally, she’s a State Level Olympic Weightlifting Champion, avid health blogger and has been featured in various national and international publications for her work. Priya holds a degree in Mathematics from Lady Shri Ram College, and an education in Social Entrepreneurship from INSEAD.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a member of the Founder's Office, you’ll be providing high quality support to the CEO & Senior Leadership, enabling them to work more productively.

The Associate would be involved in crucial, strategic data gathering, preparing important reports, gleaning insights from the data, making presentations, managing meetings, teams, business engagements and complete management of all crucial/special tasks she is expected to accomplish.


A detailed day today would look like the following:


  • Provide day-to-day strategic support to the CEO which includes the preparation and routing of reports, documents, emails, presentation decks, ad hoc data requests, dashboards, etc.
  • Developing new market and product growth strategies with the CEO
  • Work on special projects as requested, requiring a high level of project management & execution that might require establishing new connections & partnerships or figuring out best practices in making inroads wherever required to collect data, opinions, understanding current scenarios, data mining, estimation & presentation of facts, data analysis, gleaning insights, etc.
  • Ability to exercise independent ; proactive decision-making, working in a manner that displays a highly adaptable work style, & especially open in expecting, accepting & implementing feedback and direction.
  • Customer success profiling by gathering data of projected deliverables versus actuals & presenting dashboards & findings.
  • Interaction within the company ranks involves regular communication requiring interpretation, persuasion and discretionary skills. Requires daily contact with all levels of management, often dealing with confidential information.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Accompany the CEO to strategic meetings and ensure maintenance of minutes of the meetings , as well as follow ups with stakeholders post the meeting.
  • Generate internal department wise reports. Analyze performance and share insights with the CEO.


Background Required

  • 1.5-2 years of experience in consulting, or high growth startups
  • Excellent task prioritization & time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in English
  • Passionate about impact
  • Strong analytical & data driven approach, quantitative & reporting skills
  • Expert knowledge of MS Excel is essential, the experience of having made basic financial or Business strategy models are a plus
  • Flexibility and readiness to work in a virtual team with remote management
