Vankal Agri Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a DPIIT-recognized startup operating at the intersection of financial inclusion and sustainable agriculture. With a rapidly expanding footprint across Rajasthan and multiple business verticals, we are seeking a motivated and capable individual to join our Founder’s Office.

This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the founding team on high-priority projects related to strategy, operations, partnerships, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support founders in planning and executing strategic initiatives across financial inclusion, agri-inputs, recovery and repossession services, and new business verticals.

• Conduct industry research, prepare analytical reports, and contribute to decision-making across departments.

• Assist in drafting proposals, presentations, policy documents, and investor or partner communication.

• Track operational performance, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely execution of tasks.

• Drive process improvement, system development, and implementation of new workflows.

• Represent the Founder’s Office in internal meetings when required and follow up on action points.

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle multi-disciplinary responsibilities and operate in a fast-paced environment.

• High sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

• Interest in startups, business strategy, financial services, or agri-tech will be an advantage.

• Fresh graduates with relevant internships or demonstrable skills are encouraged to apply.
