About the role in Founder's Office

Reporting to: Founder


Job Summary:

This is a cross-functional, high-impact role that works directly with the founder on strategic initiatives and special projects offering a broad exposure to all aspects of the company.  We are seeking individuals who want to develop a holistic understanding of how a business is built and scaled from the inside out. The Founder’s Office is a strategic, cross-functional team that works closely with the founder to drive the company’s vision, execute key projects, and ensure organizational alignment. 

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the founder on strategic planning, business operations, and growth initiatives.
  • Develop and present operational and financial reporting and analysis across all functions.
  • Deliver status updates to stakeholders at regular intervals.
  • Act as a bridge between the founder and various departments, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and mission.
  • Support projects across multiple functions.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships. 
  • Understand compliance and process level audits.
  • Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for performance improvement and organizational efficiency.
  • Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes.
  • Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct insightful analysis to investigate ongoing or one time organisational issues.


Requirements:

Academic qualifications: Graduate from a reputed institute. Prior work experience is preferrable.
