Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive / Sr. HR Executive to manage HR functions both at the head office and across construction project sites. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and workforce administration, with regular field visits to ensure smooth HR operations at remote and on-site locations. Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Staffing Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical site roles. Partner with project managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely deployment. Conduct field interviews and oversee onboarding at project sites. 2. Employee Relations & Welfare Regular visits to construction sites to monitor workforce morale, resolve grievances, and ensure adherence to HR policies. Build rapport with site teams and labor to maintain a healthy work environment. Coordinate welfare activities and basic amenities at project sites. 3. Compliance & Statutory Requirements Ensure labor laws, safety regulations, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Wages, etc.) are followed at all locations.
