Relationship Manager

You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service and post-sales support. Your primary goal will be to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the profitability of the showroom. In order to ensure seamless customer experience, you will need to coordinate effectively with the sales and service teams. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized support. You will also be in charge of handling the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition and introduction to the brand's products or services. Identifying opportunities to enhance the client's experience and generating additional business through cross-selling or upselling will be crucial aspects of your role. It will be important for you to promptly and effectively address client issues by coordinating with internal teams, particularly with key account managers. You will also be expected to continuously monitor client satisfaction levels by gathering feedback and conducting surveys or assessments. Staying informed about the competition and market trends and developing strategies to stay ahead will be essential to your success in this position. Additionally, you will play a key role in improving and meeting sales targets through long-term customer retention.
