Key Responsibilities for Financial Relationship Manager (Direct Channel):

1. Client Relationship Management – Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

2. Needs Assessment – Identify client financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

3. Sales and Service – Drive sales through lead generation, presentations, and prompt service.

4. Coordination – Collaborate with internal teams to improve service and meet business goals.

5. Compliance – Follow company policies and meet all regulatory requirements.
