We are Ageas Federal Life Insurance, a joint venture between Ageas, a multinational insurance giant headquartered in Europe, and India's leading bank, Federal Bank.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Relationship Manager located in Asansol. The Financial Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and building relationships with clients, providing financial advice, offering insurance solutions, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings, and ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Proven sales and marketing skills, with a focus on the insurance sector
Analytical and problem-solving skills to provide effective financial advice and insurance solutions
Customer service orientation and experience in customer relationship management
