Agency Leader Manager

Company Description We are Ageas Federal Life Insurance, a joint-venture between Ageas, a multinational insurance giant headquartered in Europe, and India's leading bank, Federal Bank. Role Description This is a on-site role for an Agency Leader Manager located in Noida. Manager will be responsible for recruiting and managing the agency team, achieving monthly targets on agents/leader recruitment and premium and advisor activation. Role will require to ensure regular field meetings for sales and advisor recruitment. Manager will be responsible for delivering results month on month and build a robust team of agents and agency leaders. Qualifications Target/goal driven and flair for sales is must. Graduate. Experience in the Life insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
