Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Kottarakara. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing exceptional service. Tasks include identifying client needs, offering suitable insurance solutions, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves regular client interactions, follow-ups, and maintaining comprehensive client records. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Sales and customer service experience in the insurance or financial services sector Ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions Proficiency in client relationship management tools and software Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Prior experience in life insurance is a plus Show more Show less
