Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Kottarakara. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. The role involves identifying client needs, offering tailored insurance solutions, and maintaining long-term relationships. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will be responsible for collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Knowledge of insurance products and services
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Proficiency in local language(s) is an advantage
