Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Kottarakara. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks include customer engagement, managing client portfolios, conducting financial needs analysis, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with various teams to achieve business targets and ensure holistic customer service.

Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
