Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Leader Manager located in Noida. The Agency Leader Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales targets, developing strategies to enhance agent productivity, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and driving the overall growth of the agency business.

• Experience in recruiting, training, and managing a team
• Strong sales and marketing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategies for agent productivity improvement
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of integrity and professionalism
