Taking accountability for recruitment and succession planning to ensure you can support your clients at all times Qualifications and Skills: Graduate/MBA with more than 5-6 years experience in the broking or finance sector. Previous experience of successfully leading a team in a customer-facing capacity with a strong drive for results.
