We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (Capital Market) to lead client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth initiatives.
Client Acquisition & Growth: Identify, onboard, and manage High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), family offices, corporate treasuries, and institutional investors.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships through personalized investment solutions and proactive client servicing.
Capital Market Advisory: Advise clients on a wide spectrum of products including IPOs, Bonds, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, etc.
Revenue Generation: Drive business growth via strategic sales planning, referrals, and cross-selling financial products.
Experience: 4–8 years in Capital Markets / Wealth Management / Financial Advisory / Real Estate.
Network: Established network of HNIs, family offices, corporate decision-makers, or institutional investors (mandatory).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of financial products & capital markets.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.
