Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Delivery Plan and deliver well-structured lessons in Maths and Physics. Use diverse instructional techniques tailored to students learning styles. Align teaching with school curriculum and academic goals. Assessment & Feedback Design and evaluate quizzes, exams, and projects. Provide clear, constructive feedback to students. Track progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Classroom Management Maintain a respectful and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Promote academic integrity and responsible behavior. Collaboration & Development Work with colleagues on curriculum planning and interdisciplinary teaching. Participate in school-wide professional development. Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in Maths and Physics education. Student Support Offer extra help or enrichment opportunities to students as needed. Motivate students to reach their full potential. Organize or assist with extracurricular activities (e.g., science fairs, competitions). Administrative Duties Keep records of attendance, grades, and assessments. Communicate student progress regularly with parents/guardians. Support other administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Education Master or Bachelors degree in Mathematics & Physics both Education, or related fields (Master’s degree more preferred). Teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed, PGCE, or equivalent). Experience Experience teaching Maths and Physics at the secondary or higher secondary level. Familiarity with national or international educational systems is a plus. Skills Deep understanding of subject matter and pedagogy. Strong communication, classroom management, and motivational skills. Comfortable with educational technology and digital tools.
