Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver high-quality German language lessons up to A2 level, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the language.Design lesson plans and create engaging learning materials tailored to students needs and proficiency levels.Conduct one-on-one and group classes, either in-person or online.Assess students language skills and progress, providing feedback and advice for improvement.Organize and lead interactive language practice sessions, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing.Foster a positive and motivating learning environment for students.Stay updated with the latest language learning methodologies, tools, and trends.Provide cultural insights and context to enhance students' understanding of the German-speaking world.Evaluate and report on students' progress regularly.Prepare students for language certifications or proficiency exams, if applicable.Qualifications:Native-level or near-native proficiency in German (C- level or equivalent).Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with linguistics proficiency in German languageProven experience in teaching German as a foreign language (minimum 2-3 years).Experience teaching all levels, from beginners to advanced (A1-B2 level).Certification in Teaching German as a Foreign Language (from DaF, Goethe, TELC) is a plus.Familiarity with CEFR language proficiency standards.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students and adapt to their learning styles.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for online teaching.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of Hindi / English languages is an advantage.Familiarity with language learning management systems (LMS).Experience in corporate or business German language instruction.Understanding of German culture and its application in language teaching.
