Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Maths and Physics Teacher to join our academic team at a Polytechnic College. The ideal candidate will teach up to 12th standard students, creating an engaging and supportive environment that fosters curiosity, understanding, and academic success in both subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery

• Plan and deliver well-structured lessons in Maths and Physics.
  
• Use diverse instructional techniques tailored to students learning styles.
  
• Align teaching with school curriculum and academic goals.
  

Assessment & Feedback

• Design and evaluate quizzes, exams, and projects.
  
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to students.
  
• Track progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  

Classroom Management

• Maintain a respectful and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  
• Promote academic integrity and responsible behavior.
  

Collaboration & Development

• Work with colleagues on curriculum planning and interdisciplinary teaching.
  
• Participate in school-wide professional development.
  
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in Maths and Physics education.
  

Student Support

• Offer extra help or enrichment opportunities to students as needed.
  
• Motivate students to reach their full potential.
  
• Organize or assist with extracurricular activities (e.g., science fairs, competitions).
  

Administrative Duties

• Keep records of attendance, grades, and assessments.
  
• Communicate student progress regularly with parents/guardians.
  
• Support other administrative tasks as assigned.
  

Qualifications:

Education

• Master or Bachelors degree in Mathematics & Physics both Education, or related fields (Master’s degree more preferred).
  
• Teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed, PGCE, or equivalent).
  

Experience

• Experience teaching Maths and Physics at the secondary or higher secondary level.
  
• Familiarity with national or international educational systems is a plus.
  

Skills

• Deep understanding of subject matter and pedagogy.
  
• Strong communication, classroom management, and motivational skills.
  
• Comfortable with educational technology and digital tools.
