Role & Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality NEET-oriented Physics lectures (Class 11 & 12 level) Strong command over conceptual teaching + numerical problem-solving Ability to handle long-term NEET batches Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly academic schedules Set and evaluate tests, assignments, and revision modules Identify weak students and provide targeted academic support Coordinate with academic team for syllabus tracking and performance review Maintain discipline and classroom engagement Focus strictly on academics (no administrative or HR involvement) Key Requirements: Proven track record of NEET results Excellent subject knowledge and clarity in explanation Ability to handle pressure and maintain consistency Strong communication skills (English / Hindi) Professional attitude and discipline Willingness to work in a structured academic environment Preferred Profile: Experience in reputed NEET coaching institutes Handled long-term or repeaters batches Demonstrable results (selection data preferred) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month Experience: Teaching Physics for NEET: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
