Job Summary :
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Area Sales Manager with 2 years of experience in sales. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, achieving business targets, and building strong customer relationships within the assigned area.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve area targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Guide and support the sales team to achieve individual and group goals.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance.
• Handle basic field sales activities if required.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferred in FMCG, retail, or related sectors).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
