Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of Sales Executives in an assigned territory to achieve the sales goals. Your role will involve setting and achieving sales targets through team coordination, monitoring the team's working and sales performance, working with Sales Executives in the field to ensure successful sales processes and product promotion, as well as collecting customer feedback and competitor activities in the assigned territories and reporting it to the concerned departments.
