Key Responsibilities:

· Drive sales and achieve targets in assigned regions

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors and clients

· Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence

· Conduct field visits and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

· Proven experience in field sales (preferably in solar or related industries)

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area

Salary – 20K to 40K (Basis of Experience)+ Incentives,TA,DA
