About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and visionary Centre Head to lead the implementation of the Lighthouse Program at our Nagpur location. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, strong team leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for youth empowerment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage overall operations of the Lighthouse Centre in Nagpur Drive program execution, planning, and target-based performance Guide and mentor a team of 4–6, ensuring high productivity, team engagement, and low attrition Monitor and ensure student placement through coordination with the Placement Manager, resume checks, expert sessions, and employer engagement Track performance through monthly planning, timesheets, and reporting Manage day-to-day centre administration, asset tracking, and technology tools (Youth Connect Portal, MIS platforms) Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders including government officials, corporate donors, NGOs, skilling partners, and community leaders Identify team skill gaps and coordinate with Cluster Head and HR to build capacity Ensure data accuracy, documentation, and adherence to organizational standards Represent Lighthouse in external forums and public platforms when required Required Qualifications & Skills: Master’s in Social Work, Development Studies, or related field 5–7 years of experience in program management (skilling/livelihood sector preferred) Experience managing training centers and leading teams Proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi (spoken and written) Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and public speaking abilities Skilled in MS Office, Google Workspace, and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams) Self-driven and outcome-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Preferred Attributes: Passionate about youth development and grassroots transformation Resides in or willing to relocate to Nagpur Open to field visits and stakeholder coordination as part of the role How to Apply: Send your resume to: careers@lighthousecommunities.org Mention "Centre Head – Nagpur" in the subject line of your email.
