Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive for our Nagpur location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our software products, generating new business opportunities, and building strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential clients to generate new business
• Understand client requirements and pitch relevant software solutions
• Explain company profile, products, and USPs clearly
• Send proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
• Regular follow-ups with clients to ensure conversions
• Achieve assigned sales targets and manage revenue
• Maintain an organized client database
• Prepare reports, data, and presentations for client meetings
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (Field Sales preferred)
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language
• Strong negotiation, convincing, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional attitude
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products/processes
• Passion for sales and client interaction

Salary Package & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Travel Allowance: ₹5,000 (Bills required)
