The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, with preference given to those who have successfully worked with clients in the real estate sector. This role involves building strong relationships, driving sales growth, and representing the company in both field and office environments. Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and engage potential clients within the real estate and construction sectors. Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to maximize business opportunities. Understand client requirements and present tailored door solutions that meet project specifications. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals. Coordinate with the operations and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Maintain accurate sales records and client databases. Requirements Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience; previous exposure to the real estate/construction industry is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients. Self-motivated with a focus on achieving results. Comfortable working in a hybrid set-up involving regular client visits. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage. Own conveyance for client visits preferred.
