Job Description

1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
1. Understanding manpower requirements from all concerned Departments. 2. Managing end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and final selection. 3. Shortlisting, sorting, and scrutinizing resumes of prospective candidates. Conducting telephonic, video, and personal interviews and assessing candidates based on required competencies. 4. Coordinating technical rounds with HR Managers and Department Managers. 5. Sharing interview schedules and ensuring candidate presence through timely follow-ups. 6. Communicating interview outcomes and employment status to applicants. Conducting employment verification, reference checks, and completing recruitment documentation. 7. Travelling to various store/office locations as required for recruitment drives, interviews, or HR support. 8. Coordinating with the consultants as and when required.

2. Induction & Onboarding
1. Issuing Offer Letters and ensuring documentation accuracy prior to joining. Conducting induction sessions on Company policies, procedures, and culture. 2. Introducing new joiners to their respective Departments and Managers. 3. Creating employee profiles in the HRMS and ensuring correct data entry. 4. Uploading documents into HRMS and maintaining complete personal files. 5. Creating for ERP ID, Official Email ID, system access 6. Sending onboarding emails and ensuring all onboarding formalities are completed within timelines.

3. Payroll Assistance / Attendance / Time Office
1. Assisting in payroll activities by providing accurate and timely attendance and leave data. 2. Monitoring leave records, absence data, weekly offs, and ensuring correct entries in the HRM system. 3. Maintaining records of late coming, early going, and other attendance observations. 4. Preparing required attendance-related reports and sharing with HR 5. Manager Supporting statutory compliance inputs such as PF/ESIC/PT details as required.

4. Administration & Employee Support
1. Conducting grooming audits, time office audits, and periodic location audits as required. 2. Providing support during new store openings or relocation activities. Coordinating issuance and tracking of all joining kits and company assets. Supporting employees and managers for any HR-related queries or operational requirements. 3. Sending onboarding mails, exit mails, and handling related communication. Managing exit formalities, including collection of documents/assets, system updates, and coordination with relevant departments.

5. Additional Responsibilities
1. Supporting HR Manager in audits, reporting, and general HR processes. Ensuring smooth implementation of new HR initiatives and process improvements. 2. Maintaining continuous communication with all Store Managers for seamless HR operations. 3. Travelling to different locations for audits, trainings, or HR support as required. 4. Performing any additional tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
