As a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Service Cloud, you will play a key role in designing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to deliver high-quality customer service processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud features like Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omnichannel, Service Console, and Entitlements. - Developing custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow to enhance Service Cloud functionality. - Integrating Service Cloud with third-party applications and internal systems. - Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Working on automation, workflow rules, process builder, and advanced flows to streamline service operations. - Ensuring code quality through unit testing and adherence to Salesforce best practices. - Participating in deployment, release management, and ongoing support activities. To excel in this role, you should have: - 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with a focus on Service Cloud. - Strong knowledge of Case Management, Service Console, Email-to-Case, Live Chat, and Knowledge Base. - Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flows. - Good understanding of Salesforce security model and data model. - Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations. - Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification (preferred, not mandatory).
