Job Description

As a Senior HR Executive at Craft Interactive Technologies, your role will involve overseeing and ensuring 100% compliance with all Indian labor laws and statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records and statutory documentation, coordinating with labor consultants and external auditors, managing employee benefits and welfare programs, supporting audits and labor inspections, driving HR initiatives for employee engagement, grievance redressal, and HR process improvements, as well as assisting with performance management, training, and development initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or related field - Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on Indian statutory compliance - Proficient in labor laws, HR operations, and employee relations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with HR software - Prior experience in manufacturing, IT, or mid-sized enterprises Craft Interactive Technologies offers a competitive salary and benefits package, a dynamic and inclusive work environment, as well as opportunities for professional growth and learning.
