Job Description

  • 1. Sales Performance Monitoring
  • Track daily, weekly and monthly credit card sales performance
  • Monitor key metrics including leads, applications, approvals, activations and revenue
  • Identify performance gaps at executive, team and channel level

2. Productivity and Conversion Improvement

  • Analyze lead to approval and approval to activation ratios
  • Design action plans to improve productivity and conversions
  • Support team leaders and managers with performance insights

3. MIS, Reporting and Data Accuracy

  • Maintain accurate and timely MIS for credit card DSA vertical
  • Create dashboards for management review
  • Ensure data accuracy across CRM, trackers and bank reports

4. Target Setting and Performance Reviews

  • Assist in setting realistic targets for teams and individuals
  • Conduct regular performance review meetings
  • Recommend corrective actions for underperforming resources

5. Process Optimization

  • Identify bottlenecks in sales, documentation and approval processes
  • Work with operations and bank teams to reduce TAT
  • Improve overall customer and partner experience

6. Quality, Compliance and Risk Control

  • Monitor documentation quality and approval rejection reasons
  • Ensure adherence to bank, DSA and RBI guidelines
  • Flag and control mis-selling or policy violations

7. Incentive and Payout Analysis

  • Track incentives, payouts and productivity-linked earnings
  • Recommend incentive structures aligned with performance goals
  • Ensure transparency in payout calculations

8. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with sales, operations, bank partners and finance teams
  • Share performance insights to support decision making
  • Act as escalation support for performance-related issues

9. Continuous Improvement and Best Practices

  • Identify best performing teams, locations and strategies
  • Share best practices across the organization
  • Support training needs based on performance gaps

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
