Overview

Vynttra, a forward-thinking digital marketing and web development company, is seeking a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to strengthen our online presence and accelerate customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and results-driven, with a strong focus on generating high-quality leads through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid ads.
  • Design and execute lead generation strategies to attract, nurture, and convert prospects.
  • Build and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion funnels.
  • Manage CRM and marketing automation tools to track leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to maximize ROI and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead qualification and pipeline growth.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on lead generation performance using analytics tools.
  • Stay updated with emerging digital marketing and lead generation trends.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills for lead-focused campaigns.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B lead generation and account-based marketing.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and lead generation via professional networks.
  • Knowledge of funnel optimization and retargeting strategies.
  • Basic design skills for creating lead magnets and ad creatives.
