Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our content production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of visual storytelling, editing techniques, and digital formats. You will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into polished videos suitable for social media, marketing campaigns, YouTube, and other platforms. Key Responsibilities: Edit raw footage into engaging and high-quality videos. Trim footage segments and put together sequences. Add music, graphics, dialogues, and effects as needed. Work closely with the content and marketing teams to understand project goals. Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running. Review and revise content based on feedback from stakeholders. Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Stay updated on the latest editing trends, techniques, and tools. Requirements: Proven experience as a video editor with a portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar. Understanding of digital and social media formats and trends. Basic knowledge of motion graphics and color correction. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Creativity and a strong sense of visual storytelling. Preferred Qualifications: Degree/diploma in Film Studies, Multimedia, or related field. Experience with animation or motion design is a plus. Knowledge of scriptwriting or direction is an added advantage.
