The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various social platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Plan and execute monthly content calendars and campaigns aligned with marketing goals. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and recommend strategies to improve performance. Engage with the online community and respond to comments/messages in a timely and professional manner. Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports. Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Assist in paid media campaigns (boosted posts, ads) and coordinate with the advertising team when necessary. Stay updated on competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in managing professional social media accounts. Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, or similar platforms. Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
