Designation: Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Executive Location: Pune (Full-time, On-site) About the Role We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Executive. This role is focused on driving revenue growth by managing digital campaigns, optimizing lead generation funnels, and ensuring consistent performance across platforms. The candidate will play an important role in scaling our marketing initiatives and will work closely with senior team members. Key Responsibilities • Execute paid performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. • Manage the entire lead generation funnel—from planning to conversion tracking. • Work on achieving monthly and quarterly revenue/lead targets. • Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPL, and CAC goals. • Regularly analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights. • Manage website updates, landing pages, and lead capture forms in coordination with the design/tech team. • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates. • Monitor competitors’ campaigns and market trends to identify new opportunities. • Track, measure, and report performance metrics to management. Desired Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing and lead generation. • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads. • Familiarity with SEO, website analytics (Google Analytics, GA4), and CRM tools. • Basic understanding of website CMS (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) is a plus. • Ability to work with data and make decisions based on insights. • Excellent communication skills and a growth-oriented mindset.
