Acting as an outsourced Marketing Department and Fractional CMO, CoreIdeas delivers expertise in marketing strategy, social media, content systems, performance marketing, and lead generation. The company focuses on building structured marketing systems to drive ROI and sustainable growth while addressing challenges like poor brand positioning, inconsistent demand, and ineffective decision-making. CoreIdeas operates across industries mainly, including FMCG, healthcare, retail, and education.


Role Description

·      Create monthly content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook

·      Draft post copy, captions and basic carousels aligned with each brand’s tone of voice.

·      Edit short‑form videos/Reels from raw footage using tools like CapCut/Canva (trimming, basic transitions, music, text overlays).

·      Schedule and publish posts using Meta Business Suite and native LinkedIn scheduling; ensure timely posting.

·      Monitor comments, DMs and mentions; escalate queries and maintain a positive brand presence.

·      Track basic metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and prepare simple weekly/monthly reports with learnings.

·      Research content trends, audio trends and competitor activity; suggest new post ideas and experiments.

·      Coordinate with the founder for approvals, briefs and performance reviews; manage a simple content tracker.


Qualifications

·      1–3 years of experience in social media / digital marketing, ideally at an agency or D2C/startup brand.

·      Strong working knowledge of Instagram (especially Reels), LinkedIn and Facebook/Meta; understanding of platform best practices.

·      Hands‑on experience with Canva (or similar) for creatives and a basic video editing tool (CapCut, VN, InShot, Premiere Rush, etc.).

·      Good written English; ability to write clear, simple copy and captions. Hindi or other Indian language skills are a plus.

·      Basic understanding of analytics (Instagram Insights, Facebook Page Insights, LinkedIn analytics) and how to read them.

  •  Organized, comfortable working with content calendars, and able to manage multiple brands at once.


Nice to Have

·      Experience with basic paid promotion setup on Meta or LinkedIn (boosting posts, simple campaigns).

·      Prior work with D2C, fashion, or SaaS/martech brands.

·      Portfolio of Instagram/LinkedIn posts or Reels edited/managed by you.
