About the Role


The Reppro is hiring a Social Media Executive who understands the power of content-led social media, especially LinkedIn brand building. This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a storyteller, writes with clarity, understands digital behaviour, and knows how to turn ideas into engaging posts that perform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and communication goals.
  • Create high-quality, long-form and short-form content, with a strong focus on LinkedIn content creation and brand positioning.
  • Write compelling captions, posts, and content narratives that drive engagement, reach, and relevance.
  • Manage day-to-day social media operations across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
  • Schedule content, monitor comments/DMs, and actively engage with online communities.
  • Collaborate with PR, design, and internal teams to ensure content aligns with campaigns and messaging.
  • Track performance using analytics tools and optimise content for better results.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, content formats, and best practices.



 Additional Focus Areas (Added):

  • Build and scale LinkedIn pages and personal brand profiles through consistent, value-driven content.
  • Contribute creative ideas, content hooks, and campaign concepts during brainstorming sessions.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience only in social media management, content writing, or digital marketing.
  • Strong content writing, copywriting, and storytelling skills (this is non-negotiable).
  • Proven understanding of LinkedIn content strategy and organic growth.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
  • Ability to think creatively while remaining brand- and strategy-focused.
  • Good attention to detail, consistency, and content quality.
