Role Overview:

Junior Account Executive/Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Counsel:

  Guide clients through India's dynamic policy landscape, providing expert advice on advocacy and regulatory issues.

• Government Engagement:

  Position clients as key partners for government initiatives, engaging with local, state, and national officials.

• Policy Analysis:

  Analyze new and proposed policies and regulations, and recommend strategies to optimize client outcomes.

• Research and Insights:

  Conduct in-depth research on policies and emerging trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Foster relationships with government agencies and key stakeholders in public policy.

• Market Research:

  Use surveys and public opinion data to monitor developments in policy and identify strategic opportunities.

• Policy Communication:

  Prepare policy briefs, reports, and presentations to communicate key findings to clients and senior leadership.

• Project Management:

  Manage client-facing projects related to policy advocacy and regulatory compliance.

• Team Leadership:

  Oversee and mentor junior team members, guiding their professional development in the public policy field.

• Advocacy Initiatives:

  Monitor domestic and international policy trends, advising on strategic engagement and advocacy initiatives.

Requirements:

• Educational Background:

  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in

  Law, Public Policy, Economics

  , or a related field.

• Experience:

  0-2 years in

  public policy

  , with direct experience in

  government relations

  ,

  client servicing

  , or advocacy roles.

• Skills:

• Strong

  verbal

  ,

  interpersonal communication

  skills for articulating complex policy insights.
• Deep understanding of the

  Indian policy formulation

  process and its implementation mechanisms.
• Ability to
