Full-time Live Music & Comedy Booker/Event Producer (Junior Role) working out of our studio in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. Louder is a specialist in promoting art and culture. Our goal is to facilitate the promotion of multicultural art and culture to present work that enriches cultural diversity and experience for all audiences Main Purpose Responsible for identifying, developing and securing talent, while maintaining existing client relationships. Negotiating, strategizing and overseeing live music tours and events. Liaising with agents and/or directly with artists through the tour’s campaign to facilitate clear lines of communication between artists, agents, management, internal staff and other key stakeholders. You should understand or have the ability to understand AI and its use in every function of the role. 1. Research markets, evaluate potential cities and map those with relevant artists to tour 2. Draft live business plans & marketing plans 3. Pitching to artists/Other creatives/teams 4. Building out comprehensive budgets/capacities 5. Coordinating and maintaining key sales points of artists 6. Managing financial arrangements (show deposits, settlements, tracking expenditures, and budgets) for events & thorough follow-up of third parties' quotes, invoices and P&L updates. 7. Supporting artist negotiations and follow-ups, carefully reviewing contract notes, and capturing negotiation information 8.
