The Role

Creative Writer & Marketing Executive who is AI-native

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Strategic Writing

• Use AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.) to draft and refine high-impact content: social posts, emails, event descriptions, scripts, proposals, grants, sponsorship decks.
• Apply AI to accelerate grant/award submissions while maintaining originality and tone.
• Proofread, edit, and tailor materials with AI-assisted quality checks.

Marketing & Social Media

• Plan, ideate, and schedule content calendars with social planners and trend analyzers.
• Use AI-driven design (Canva AI, MidJourney) to create or brief visuals and video edits.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify) with AI insights for reach and conversions.

Event Promotion & Engagement

• Market 150+ annual live events (clubs, tours, festivals) plus our digital products & clients by using AI to test creatives, optimize ads, and predict performance.
• Sell tickets, VIPs, and sponsorships using AI-driven targeting (paid/organic/social/email/SMS/influencers).
• Automate community engagement (AI chatbots, smart replies, data-driven influencer matching).

Sales Support & CRM

• Build email campaigns, pitch decks, and lead-gen messages with AI copy/design tools.
• Use AI to segment and maintain CRM databases of promoters, sponsors, artists, and grant contacts.
• Track performance and generate reports with AI analytics dashboards.

About You

• You’re an excellent writer who actively

Preferred Skills & Experience

• 1+ year in writing, marketing, or creative content — with demonstrable

  AI-assisted portfolio

  .
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Familiarity with cultural/entertainment/festival industries.
• Proficiency with Canva AI, Meta Business Suite, CRM + AI automations, Google Workspace.
• Strong research, ideation, and AI-aided storytelling abilities.
