Role Overview

Junior Event Executive / Producer

Key Responsibilities

Event & Tour Planning

• Research markets and venues to match talent with the right cities.
• Build show calendars, capacities, artist itineraries, and budgets.
• Draft tour decks and rollout plans with internal stakeholders.

Booking & Talent Coordination

• Reach out to artists, agents, and performers.
• Manage show bookings, deposits, settlements, and backend paperwork.
• Liaise with venue teams and partners to ensure seamless operations.

Themed Experience Execution

• Curate unique event concepts (e.g., Fake Shaadi, Labubu, Silent Disco, etc.).
• Create theme decks and mood boards, manage prop sourcing, and coordinate delivery.
• Oversee remote execution of event setups with vendors and onsite crew.

Remote Event Management

• Coordinate international event delivery across time zones.
• Prepare detailed run-sheets, checklists, and logistics docs for each show.

Marketing & Sales Support

• Support creative marketing, media, influencer outreach, ticket sales campaigns, and sponsorship pitching.
• Contribute ideas for digital ads, SMS campaigns, email flows, and CRM strategy.

Trend Spotting & Creative Research

• Track nightlife, pop culture, music, and social trends across markets.
• Suggest themes and creative formats that resonate with diverse audiences.

Administrative & Reporting Tasks

• Handle reporting, budgeting, financial tracking, and documentation.
• Liaise with creative, technical, and marketing teams for cross-functional execution.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in events, production, talent booking, or live entertainment.
• Creative thinker who can spot emerging trends and shape them into real experiences.
• Strong interest in nightlife formats, music, art, and Gen Z-driven cultural themes.
• Experience with basic budgeting, planning tools, and working across multiple timelines.
• Comfortable coordinating over email, WhatsApp, calls—sometimes across time zones.
• Bonus if you have experience with venue setup, AV, lights, and sound basics.
