Location: Mumbai | Travel for destination weddings
Role Overview:
Interns will assist in planning and on-ground execution of luxury and destination weddings, working closely with the core event team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Production: Support event setups, décor, and vendor coordination
* Logistics: Assist with travel, transportation, materials, and timelines
* Hospitality: Help manage guest experience, check-ins, and coordination with hotels
* Shadowing: Work alongside senior planners to learn live event execution
