Key Responsibilities: • Event Branding: Create event logos, stage backdrops, standees, banners, direction boards, name badges, and other visual collaterals. • Client Presentations: Design event mood boards, concept decks, and PowerPoint or PDF presentations for client pitches. • Digital Creatives: Develop promotional materials for social media, mailers, and digital campaigns aligned with event themes. • Print & Production Coordination: Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors for color proofs, sizes, and production specs. • On-Ground Visuals: Support the event team with last-minute design edits and ensure brand consistency across all deliverables. • Video & Motion Support (Optional): Assist in designing basic motion graphics or event teaser visuals when required. • Archiving & Documentation: Maintain a well-organized library of design templates, project assets, and event photographs for future reference.
