Key Responsibilities Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals. Define goals, target audience, KPIs, and key messaging for each platform. Content Creation & Curation: Develop, write, and design engaging and brand-consistent content (text, image, video). Curate relevant third-party content to complement owned content. Platform Management: Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and optimization across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Youtube). Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and messaging. Community Engagement: Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments, messages, and reviews. Foster a strong community and encourage user-generated content. Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.). Analyze insights and adjust strategy accordingly. Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders. Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on promotions or product launches. Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with platform updates, trends, and best practices. Identify opportunities for innovation and emerging platforms. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, copywriters, marketing teams, and external agencies. Coordinate with PR and customer service to ensure consistent messaging. Brand Advocacy: Represent and protect the brand's voice online. Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand advocates. Crisis Management: Monitor for potential PR issues or brand mentions and respond appropriately.
