Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Event Executive, located in Kochi. The Event Executive will oversee end-to-end event planning and execution processes, including coordination with vendors, managing schedules, organizing event logistics, and ensuring all client requirements are met. The role entails working closely with internal teams and customers to deliver high-quality experiences and maintaining timelines and budgets effectively. Candidates must demonstrate flexibility, creativity, and strong communication skills to adapt to dynamic event environments.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Event Planning, Scheduling, and Vendor Management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle Logistics and Budget Management
• Excellent Communication and Client Relationship Management capabilities
• Creativity and Problem-Solving aptitude in an event-based environment
• Ability to work effectively on-site in dynamic and fast-paced conditions
• A degree or diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant experience in the event management industry is highly beneficial
