Position Overview:
This role focuses on client relationship management, sponsorship acquisition, and seamless event execution. The candidate will oversee event marketing, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of partnership commitments while driving audience engagement and post-event improvements.
What will you work on:
● Build and maintain strong client relationships for event marketing and communication.
● Identify, negotiate, and secure sponsorships and partnerships for revenue growth.
● Manage end-to-end event execution from the sponsor’s perspective.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective event promotion.
● Oversee multiple client events, troubleshooting for smooth execution.
● Work with marketing teams to enhance event visibility and engagement.
● Ensure timely production and delivery of promotional materials.
● Conduct post-event evaluations to optimize future planning.
Key Requirements:
● 0-1 years of experience in client management, business development, or event marketing.
● Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
● Proven ability to manage end-to-end event execution.
● Experience in sponsorship acquisition and partnership management.
● Ability to collaborate with marketing and creative teams for event promotion.
● Strong analytical skills for post-event evaluation and improvement.
