Responsibilities Track, respond to, and maintain sales enquiries. Ensure a prompt and professional response and follow-up to sales inquiries. Generate quotations for prospective bookings and timely follow-ups. Upsell services throughout the event process to maximize revenue. Management of customer feedback, including responding to guest problems and complaints relating to Weddings and Events. To schedule and attend weekly functions and sales meetings. Liaise and maintain a relationship with other departments to ensure the effective, efficient, and smooth running of events. Assist in promotional and marketing activities and content as required. Assist with updates and postings to Social Media sites. Attend workshops, exhibitions, and promotional events where required. Any other duties relevant to your skills that may be assigned to you by the Company. Qualifications A relevant bachelor’s degree is desirable, and/or equivalent workplace experience in the wedding/event industry or hospitality industry is a must. Strong networking and negotiating skills Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales & marketing. Sound knowledge of different religions and religious practices. Excellent communication and customer service skills Skilled in all Microsoft Office applications. They must also be proficient with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Willingness to work flexible hours and especially on event days, including Sundays. No exceptions.
