Event Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Event Executive. The Event Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing creative and engaging events. Key responsibilities include conceptualizing event themes, managing timelines and budgets, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, and overseeing event day logistics. The role also involves creating promotional materials, ensuring smooth communication within the team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through seamless event execution.
