Role Overview


We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Community Executive


social media strategy, influencer partnerships, and on-ground community management


6-month full-time internship




Key Responsibilities


Social Media & Content


  • Plan, ideate, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Spotify, and more).
  • Create visually appealing posts, reels, and stories using Canva or other design tools in coordination with designers and video editors.
  • Develop monthly content calendars for different event brands, digital clients, and campaigns.
  • Manage day-to-day posting, DMs, and comments across all Louder and client pages.
  • Build consistent brand voices across platforms to reflect Louder’s and clients’ unique identities.


Community Management & Partnerships


  • Build, grow, and manage online and offline communities around Louder’s event brands and ticketing network.
  • Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with influencers, promoters, and micro-creators.
  • Execute collaboration campaigns to boost event awareness and ticket sales.
  • Partner with cultural networks, nightlife communities, and local ambassadors to amplify reach.
  • Support promoter partnerships and ticketing drives through social and direct engagement.


Marketing & Sales Support


  • Assist in planning and executing digital and influencer campaigns for events and client accounts.
  • Generate leads and support ticket, VIP, and sponsorship sales via email, social, and CRM.
  • Maintain and update CRM databases (clients, influencers, promoters, sponsors).
  • Support end-to-end marketing activities including ad campaigns, analytics, and live event coverage.




About You


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR, or Communications.
  • Passion for entertainment, nightlife, live events, and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, community engagement, and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative thinker with a “get-things-done” attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Proficiency in Canva or basic design/video tools is a plus.
