Type Full time Timings 630 pm to 230 am Salary 30000-50000 per month depending on the experience and profeciency and proven records, About the Role: Key Brains are hiring a results-drivenDigitalMarketing& Lead Generation Specialist to optimize our digital presence, generate high-quality leads, and manage paid media and CRO initiatives Youll be hands-on with campaigns across SEO, paid search, email, and lead nurturing, with a focus on measurable outcomes, Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content syndication) Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc) to drive targeted traffic and qualified leads Optimize landing pages and lead gen forms for conversion (CRO), using A/B testing and analytics Manage email marketing campaigns and nurture leads through segmented drip sequences Research and enrich prospect lists, optimize lead scoring, and implement lead follow-up strategies Collaborate with the content and design team to ensure campaign assets are high-converting and on-brand Track and report on campaign KPIs, lead quality, and ROI; deliver actionable insights to drive continuous improvement Support market research and competitor analysis projects to identify new growth opportunities, Requirements: 3+ yearsexperience in digital marketing, lead generation, or related roles Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and CRO tactics Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms Proficiency with marketing automation ( e-g, Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM systems Analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, A/B testing, and marketing reporting Excellent organizational and communication skills, Show
